• Own or operate an autonomous vehicle
• Reside in Canada, where our office is located

Ridecover respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We may collect and process data from your autonomous vehicle for the purposes of risk assessment, claims processing, and service improvement. By using our services, you consent to such data collection and processing.

8. Modifications to Service

Ridecover reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. You agree that Ridecover shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridecover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
